Thank you for using zipPass. ***EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 10, 2016*** If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be automatically terminated. You will at then be a walk-in patient. If you call ahead letting us know you will be late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes only.
